I just had sweet and sour shrimp and lobster sauce with shrimp dinners and I China Delight is a 3.5 restaurant, then Panda Express is a 10 star restaurant. the lobster sauce was watery and the sweet and sour shrimp were so covered with breading we could not find the shrimp. This is the second we had a bad meal. So no more. Looking for a new Chinese restaurant.

WORST CHINESE I EVER HAD--i eat chinese 3 times a week -all around Texas and USA-- this place is terrible--the only time i ever ordered chicken and garlic sauce it came out white runny sauce--get real thats not garlic sauce--go to the buffet down the street this place is terrible they dont know how to make chinese food--10.00 for the worst chinese in America--YUCK

I have been going to this restaurant since the day they opened and my family and I love it! This is literally my mothers favorite place to eat. The staff is super friendly and very attentive! my tea glass never gets half empty. The food is great. Sure, just like ANY other restaurant there is "off" days where the chicken is a little over cooked or something but overall I have never had anything bad there and I think I have eaten everything on the menu at one time or another. There is things I wouldn't want again but that's at any restaurant you go to! I have China Delight's number memorized and go there often! I know people that live out of town and when they come to Conroe this is where they go! Thank you!

Went to this restaurant yesterday. Your sign out side says best Chinese food. This is not true. This was my first time in your restaurant and my last. The chicken served to my family was grey, did not taste right. Chow mien was soggy, cabbage smelled rotten. The fried rice did not taste like fried rice. It tasted like uncle bends from a box. The Beef sesame seed dish was tough to chew. The meat looked like beef tips of some sort. Still feeling the effects from eating at this place. Worst restaurant in Montgomery TX

decided to try again, wish I never did, the sauce that was in chicken& broccoli had to have been brown gravy, the sweet& sour chicken was done almost to a crisp. THe won- tons that's a joke beef won tons so crispy & hard ,even the rice had NO flavor NEVER AGAIN! The grocery stores have better tasting items in their deli

My name us Vickey I have been eating at China delight for 13 years. Today my husband to Conroe to get me the Triple delight lunch. It literally was the worst tasting food I ever are, and the smell made you want to vomit. I am contacting the health department.

Just had dinner, it was truly a delight. Portions were plentiful, service..impeccable...will definitely visit this restaurant again.

Don't go! I rarely write comments sabout places, but this is the WORST Chinese food I have ever had! The chicken in my fried rice was bland and fatty -- the dish overall not very good. The wonton soup was like water - worst I've ever had. I took the food to-go, so I can't really complain to the restaurant now, but I will NOT go back.

I ordered the sweet and sour chicken with fried rice and an egg roll. It was a very good price for all the food that I got, however, the quality was pretty awful. The service was pretty poor and the food itself was bland and upset my stomach the rest of the day. The chicken, rice, and egg roll was so greasy I had to soak the grease up with a paper towel. The rice was so bland and tasteless too. Also, the egg roll had to have been frozen; it was not fresh at all. I do not really understand how this place was voted #1 in Montgomery County...I wouldn't recommend this place. I've had good Chinese food and this place is NOT it.

hmmm I don't know? was it awesome? certainly not. However the chicken chunks were huge, with not too much breading. I hate getting tiny chunks of chicken around inches of breading! Sauce was good, it had a unique flavor...I certainly didn't expect it. Tasted more authentic to what I ate IN China, so that was good. Kung Pao wasn't awesome, but overall it's OK takeout in Conroe.
